Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: We offer free domestic returns for a full refund on items postmarked within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must send an email to support@nomatch.us or submit our “Returns” form online.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. Footwear must be unused, in the original packaging, and in re-sellable conditions (no creases or wear). To ensure eligibility for return, please try on footwear on a carpeted surface or indoors to avoid sole wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Returns postmarked beyond 10 days will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy: Free exchanges are available within 20 days of delivery for unworn items or footwear. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including hats, charms, and individually purchased accessories, are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
